Concession Stands, Generators, and Frozen Drink Equipment:

All concession machine problems, generators problems, or frozen drink equipment problems must be reported to us within the first hour of rental.  We will try to fix the problem over the phone, and if that doesn't work we will send someone to fix it or exchange it. If we are unable to fix it or exchange it then a refund will be issued.

Refunds will not be granted if problem is not reported within the first hour after delivery or you refuse an exchange.  Please Note:  If machine is damaged because of mishandling, lost, or stolen a charge of $100.00  will be assessed  for concession machine, $300 for generators, and $1,500.00 for frozen drink equipment.

 Inflatable Equipment Rules:

Adult supervision is required at all times; No silly string; no food, gum, toys, shoes, hard objects, drinks, or other objects are allowed inside the jumper; No backflips, wresting, fighting, boxing or hanging from the net inside or outside the jumper; Do not let the jumper rub against any surface; Do not move the jumper from the location where it was set-up; Do not let jumpers get wet (exceptions are water slides); Jumpers can not be placed on dirt, rocks, gravel or sand (grass or concret only); If disinflation occurs everyone must exit immediately. 

Cancellation Rights:

We reserve the right to cancel due to bad weather such as rain, high winds for the safety of our employees, and the safety of your children.

**NO REFUNDS DUE TO RAIN ONCE JUMPER HAS BEEN SET-UP.
